I decided to explore a new area this past week, and made it out to the Park Point Recreation Area at the end of Park Point in Duluth, MN. Just as the sun was setting, I arrived at the Point Zero Lighthouse near the piers on the north side of the peninsula. As the sun set, the sky blossomed into blues, violets and deep pinks, and the ethereal ice formations seemed to glow in the deepening dusk.
